I’m looking ahead to a September 7 concert with the Oneonta Community Concert Band, part of the Grand and Glorious Fall Fair. Since it’s an outdoor fair, and our part of the show will be cancelled if the weather acts up, I’ve decided to call this one FAIR WEATHER.
